I guess I really didn't get a price so I gave up and left . Then we were wanting to rent a jeep to drive over the pass so we were asking about it and very hatefully she said ( Not In My Jeep )!!! We were only asking if it could be done . Well we're done with Lake City Auto no more gas no more nothing !
I've rented Jeeps here twice. First time was okay. Second time was terrible. Owner is a complete jerk. I will never rent or buy anything here again.

I repeat do not rent from this sorry place I rented a jeep took it up alpine loop had a blast came back Jeff came out found a scratch that was already there on jeep charged us $500 he also did it to someone else in our party so that's his thing he does ot to everyone he is crooked do not rent from here Jeff is a sorry business owner and a sorry individual. DO NOT RENT!!!!!
Came in on a Sunday Morning came by to get gas in our ATVs I inquired about a Polaris General in the show room the woman I talked to didn't take me Serious
If you rent from this place make sure to look the vehicle over and document EVERYTHING. Take your time (at least a half hour) even if they try to rush you out.
Rented from them twice now. Competent, friendly staff and knowledgeable about the surrounding trails and what you can see in a day, half day etc. Beautiful area to ride in and these guys rent the best!
Was extremely careful not to damage Jeep and returned very clean for a whole day of Jeeping. Very surprised to find that the staff member commented on some small scuffs near fender, he told me that they would buff out and to give them 50 bucks. That all sounds reasonable, HOWEVER, the day when I checked the vehicle out I was told to look it over for damages and the staff member said not to consider any superficial small scratches. The exact thing I was charged extra for. I mentioned this to the mechanic and he did not seem to care.
Rented a vehicle (Jeep) from them on a past trip. Reasonable price and fairly friendly staff.
